Terms and conditions

When commissioning an item you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

A deposit is payable in advance once designs are agreed: rate is 50% of quoted price including VAT. Payment of the deposit signifies the customer's agreement to the terms and conditions. 

 

Balances are payable upon completion before items will be handed over.

 

Commissioned items and materials bought on behalf of the customer remain the property of North Street Jewellers until paid for in full.

 

Quotations will be considered correct for seven days due to the volatile nature of the precious materials used; quotations are subject to change due to commodity price fluctuations.

Commissioned made to measure items may only be returned if faulty.

Refunds are made by credit/debit card refund or BACS only, as appropriate. Refunds/replacement item are entirely at the discretion of North Street Jewellers.
